Finding Your Inspiration

Inspiration is everywhere, the word, the idea, the thought but where do you get your inspiration?

Inspiration is a tool we use in order to accomplish our dreams. Who or what inspires each of us is as unique as we are.

I never gave a great deal of thought about where my inspiration came from until I decided to work for myself. Inspiration comes to me by observing everyday relationships with my friends, family as well as strangers.

Being inspired can be a gift but seeking it can be quite a task. For some, inspiration is endless. I sincerely admire the people who see inspiration in the simplest of things, particularly because they seem to have a wondrous view of life and all that it offers.

Regardless of your career or interests we all need inspiration to dream about a more abundant life, where do you get your inspiration?

  3. My inspiration for a more abundant life comes from my faith and family, hands down.

Now, inspiration for great posts...some times I need a little more help there!

  4. I'm inspired by trying to take the lemons and make lemonade. I had an experience that seemingly had no good come from it. So I'm inspired to write it in a novel and have that be the good part.

  5. I'm most inspired by my relationship with the Lord, after that my hubby, mom, close friends, nature, daughter, blogging, etc. Lots of things inspire me. Kind words, people who serve or give without wanting something in return, women who are beautiful naturally or are just content being themselves, joyful people, patient people, compassionate people...all these things inspire me:).

  6. I truly see things happen all around me all the time that inspire me to write. It is true. But I guess I am most inspired by awkward moments, emotional moments, and ironic moments.

  8. I get my inspiration from all around me. My Dad and Mom set the foundation for me. I now get inspired by wanting the best for my daughter and my strength comes from knowing my parents did everything for my sisiter and myself. Have a great day my friend!

  11. Just stopped by to say hi! I watched a movie last night with a David Gray song in it so I looked for my CD and could not find the CD in the cover. I bought it again today. You have great taste in music my friend! I don't think a lot of people know David Gray. Have a great night!

  13. The beauty I find in my God and family. Untapped beauty is what I'm inspired to seek and find more of each day. Also, reading, listening to audios, music, and blogging :)
